1 - Integrated Order Management MBE LAB+ allows us to connect your e-Commerce platforms (via MBE eShip or API) and your internal management systems to MBE systems, so you can track and manage orders in real time, from goods fulfillment to shipping.
2 - Warehousing In addition to storing products in our warehouses, we take care of inventory management, focusing on controlling the quantity and quality of goods. In addition, by accessing our MBE LAB+ system, you can check the status and availability of stock in real time, at any time.
3 - Logistics and Order Processing MBE staff take care of picking and packing activities in the warehouse and preparing the goods for shipment. For a unique unboxing experience, we also offer ad hoc packaging solutions including the inclusion of customized filling materials tailored to your needs (such as the inclusion of customized flyers, tickets, gadgets, etc.).
4 - Shippings We take care of all shipping documentation (including waybills and customs documents) and communicate tracking numbers in a timely manner. If you have any questions or requests, our Customer Service Department is always available, and if your end customer decides to return or exchange the purchased item, we will take care of the entire return process (pickup, shipping, and inventory management).
