The Market Development Manager in charge of domestic and international markets of a ministry-controlled Italian Company had the assignment to ship and distribute to Canada, via express courier, 7 pallets containing gadgets composed by promotional items weighting between 6.000 and 7.000 kg in total.

The assignment was "not so simple", however: the gadgets included a variety of different items, such as

umbrellas, pens, mouse pads, etc., which needed to be divided according to their destination and delivered to as many as 70 different addresses.
